Sanjeewa Dehiwalage is the founder of NOSK.life and Deputy General Manager of Garment Technology & Quality at Hirdaramani Bangladesh. Over 25 years he has led quality and technology teams across Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, earning the trust of global brands including American Eagle.
Full biography
Born in Kurunegala, Sri Lanka, Sanjeewa Dehiwalage began his career in 1998 as a Senior Quality Assurance Auditor at MSA Mode, before seven years as Manager of Quality Assurance at EAM Maliban Textiles. Since 2011 he has built his career at Hirdaramani Bangladesh — from Senior Manager in Chittagong to Brand Tech Manager for American Eagle, Assistant General Manager, and now Deputy General Manager of Garment Technology & Quality. He holds an MBA from the University of Gloucestershire, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and a Leaders Excellence certificate from Harvard Square. He founded NOSK.life as a free global garment-technology hub so that the lessons of the factory floor are available to everyone in the industry.
