What you actually do

  • Set thread tension, feed, timing, needle and attachment for the running style.
  • Respond to breakdowns fast and log the cause, not just the fix.
  • Run preventive maintenance schedules and keep the spare parts list honest.
  • Support needle control policy and record every broken needle.
  • Set up new machines and attachments at style change-over.
