What you actually do
- Set thread tension, feed, timing, needle and attachment for the running style.
- Respond to breakdowns fast and log the cause, not just the fix.
- Run preventive maintenance schedules and keep the spare parts list honest.
- Support needle control policy and record every broken needle.
- Set up new machines and attachments at style change-over.
